Accurate Communications was founded in1966 as a standard telephone answering service. We are the region’s largest call center of its type that offers telephone messaging and inbound order entry for small to medium- sized clients. Our locations in Omaha and Lincoln provide service for the two largest metropolitan areas in Nebraska as well as nationwide. Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our inbound call center agents complete thorough training before answering any live calls. We also require our call center agents to attend refresher courses on a quarterly basis. By continually training our inbound call center agents they are always aware of the clients needs.
