Accurate Communications offers immediate and ongoing call center
statistics and reporting for all your projects.  All calls are batched
and processed each business day and can be sent via fax, e-mail,
modem or FTP.
We can also customize any file to create an interface for your
inventory fulfillment software, eliminating the need to key in the order
information. For complete security, all credit card information is
encrypted.


Our call center reporting options consist of:
  • Custom reports
  • Detailed statistics
  • Daily, weekly, monthly frequency and pricing structures
  • Transmitted via Excel, Word, .CSV (other formats
    also available)
