Company X came to Accurate Communications with
the following call center scenario:
The
company maintained 35 agents in-house for managing their calls. They
could only staff 30 agents and call wait times were escalating, so they
outsourced five agents to Accurate Communications. Wait times
decreased, and we provided overflow coverage during regular business
hours, along with coverage of all calls after hours and weekends. As a
result, the client was happy and their customers were served
seamlessly.
Another client in southern Florida provides crucial medical
transportation and translation services nationwide. Due to hurricane
damage, they were unable to operate, costing them millions of dollars.
Accurate Communications was hired to program their systems and put
protocols in place to be ready in case a disaster happens again. Then in
